a little about me

Hi friend, I’m Sam(antha)!

an ex corporate foodie who left the hustle behind for a slower, more grounded and purposeful way of life. 

Food was the gateway to my wellbeing. 

It started with skipping breakfast because I didn’t have time, working through lunch because I was afraid to slow down and eating dinner late because I was too tired to cook when I got home. Then I would squeeze in TV time before bed for some joy, sleep and wake up to do it all over again and it just felt so… not what I wanted for myself.

So I thought about what I do want, and it started with making time for my meals.

To really get to enjoy my food - and that started to help my health - like a lot…

and then I started having more mental clarity and suddenly, I just couldn’t not share how much value I found in Eating Well. 

Food changed my life, and out of pure passion, I made some things to help you with yours if you’re feeling like you want some of that health and mental clarity too.

Along the way, I made a nutrition bestie. And together, we made some cool tools to help women make food your greatest ally in every season of your life.
