i’m always using my own experience to guide me in where to set my attention next. where do i feel tension in my body or mind? what feels interesting to study? what can i learn from my body today?

and when i’m not learning, i’m practicing rest + presence.

being present with my people, being barefoot in the sunshine, breathing in fresh air, cooking something fresh in my kitchen or devouring my favorite stories in books or tv.
