Hi friend, I'm Coach Sam!

I'm a woman with a LOT of big feelings, a deep passion for health and ever expanding my knowledge + experience with the holistic wellness world! It's kinda my whole thing.
So, if any of that interests you, you might like it here :)

For years I followed the advice of every expert, authority and wellness enthusiast - blindly accepting their wisdom as a good fit for me - because I had no way of filtering what was good advice FOR ME and what was just information.

Now, I help women connect back to their own body wisdom and intuition so they can skip the *try everything to see what sticks* phase and start using wellness tools that actually work.

Through understanding the basic functions of the human body, stress management tools and simply having been there myself - I help you become the expert on YOU.

There is nobody on this planet who knows what's best for you, better than you. And it's my mission to prove it to you!
