Maybe you listen to one lesson per week, or maybe you binge them all at once!
There is no wrong way.
There is definitely no need to implement everything you learn here all at once.
In fact, I actually recommend you start at the beginning and implement everything one at a time. In my experience with habit change, it’s more effective to focus on just one thing at a time. We both know you’re already juggling a zillion other responsibilities anyway!
Your body is magic.
Nature designed her to heal herself, all you need is someone to show you the blueprint and cheer you on - you got this!
Lesson 1: Rest + Digest
My super simple breakdown of how your Nervous System operates and how to give your body permission to focus on the task at hand -> DIGESTION! If you aren’t a master of this step, no supplement, diet or probiotic will solve your woes. Become an expert here first.
Lesson 2: Chemical + Mechanical Breakdown
If you’re guilty of rushing through meals (like I was/sometimes am still) you’re probably skipping these steps… which is partly why you are struggling with bloating, sleeping, hormones and more! Don’t worry… it’s super easy to start fresh!
Lesson 3: Absorption
This is totally something your body does on its own without you needing to think about it - but like everything else, sometimes the body needs a little help with tasks she already knows how to do. Take a look here at how you can help your body absorb the nutrients you’re breaking down from your food so you can finally have the energy, peace of mind and focus you crave.
Lesson 4: Elimination
Elimination is most definitely part of the digestion process! Eat, breakdown, absorb and ELIMINATE anything the body deems waste. If you are not eliminating properly, then your body is holding onto that waste and reabsorbing it -> making you feel icky and possibly chronically ill. Do not fear, we can fix it :)
